the screener ; what the hell , this guy has a explosive thingy in his belly !
hahaa . i have been thru the scanners a few times with my malleable with no issues , but i also have metal in three different places from seperate accidents .
so i think they see all that and wave me thru .
BUT i had another crash ...again , and had x rays to check for broken bones . my hip was injured ,so they took x rays of that . then they started to ask me to lower my shorts more , than my underwear , " there are buttons under you "
that was the inside tip of the malleable .
i told them ; oh thats from a seperate accident from before .
that satisfied them.

I would definitely be interested in Bluetooth pump. My testicles have always been very sensitive and I'd prefer not to pump manually. That said, I'm only 2 weeks post surgery and haven't even started cycling so maybe I will get used to manual pumping.

Bluetooth Pumps are coming!

My IPP surgeon is on the team at Boston Scientific and they are less than 36 months from being able to place Bluetooth pumps which will be abdominaly placed. All AMS 700 (and 800 - artificial urinary sphincters) will be pump-able on an app on your phone! Yes, retrofits as an outpatient procedure can be done and no more need for a manual pumps in the scotum. They will be chargeable via a pad across the lower abdominal area and take less than an hour to fully charge.

that actually sounds good IF the pump holds out long term and is not noisy .
having a back up device for the app would be good in case the original device is lost or damaged . maybe something a key fob as well ?
