The part about fibrosis is the one thing I haven’t heard before and must not be mentioned often. I can imagine it’s rare but must be a difficult thing to overcome… and of course makes me think a lot of these guys who accuse their surgeon of short-changing them should actually be grateful they are not left with protrusions and worse.
