I want to be a shower after getting a Titan implant. Should I leave a little fluid in the cylinders when I’m flaccid? If I do, will my penis look semi-erect and unnatural, or will it simply make me look like a shower even when fully flaccid? what’s your tricks to have a bigger bulge but looks flaccid and natural?

Youre gonna be shower. Trust me. You wont have to do anything. You might need to inflate a little with a titan to get rid of the dog ears but either way youre gonna have a longer thicker cock without trying

I agree. You'll be a shower even if you don't want to be one. No effort required. You will quickly learn what works to give you the best flaccid appearance. Experiment at first with putting a few pumps in and see how it looks. Also your dick will likely appear and hang more naturally over time as you recover and the implant softens, based on what most Titan guys seem to report.
