Just moved to Trimix from Edex.

The pump change is minimal, only the defation button is higher profile. So hopefully won't have too many issues like the Tenacio. Wish Coloplast offered this with the lower profile classic pump.

55 years. Using bimix 0.4 units. Works well but inconsistent and very inconvenient. Seriously considering an implant. 6.4 inches bone pressed length to tip, 5 inches girth base, 4.5 inches girth mid-shaft.

I asked the following question to a couple high profile surgeons, and below are their answers..
I was curious on your thoughts on the Titan Prime. Will you be using this?

Dr Perlman: I don’t have experience with this recently approved product so I can’t offer any feedback.

Dr Kramer: yes

Dr Hakky: Some much needed improvements. I am a fan of it wish it was done 10 years ago.

Dr Loh-Doyl: Yes, when it is released, I will likely be one of the first sites in California
Age 38. Venous Leakage & Post Finasteride Syndrome (PFS) since age 18.
