Thank you all.
Day 2 after surgery. Discomfort is minor. Recovery seems to moving along well.
Question: When do you know you our out of danger zone with regard to any infection?
Is there a time window where one can be at peach knowing if we cross this time threshold, there won't be infection?

By day 10-14 you should be past any chance of infection. Most important thing is to keep the incision clean until it's fully healed.

Thank you for your well wishes going in.
Coloplast Titan w Classic Pump was implanted yesterday.
20 cm
I am 56 years old.
Minor discomfort and laying in bed.
Tomorrow , I will be slightly more active walking around.
Icing and taking tylenol today.
Last night I took oxycontin at 8 pm and 2 am, just to stay ahead of pain and also to sleep.
My discomfort is minor.
My penis is pointing 2’o’clock. Dr. Leon Telis said it is inflated 30%.
It’s hard even at 30% inflation.
Peeing gives mild burning sensation but not too bad.
So far all good.
We I go for follow up in 2 weeks, I need to ask how to make 2’0 clock angle 12 noon/midnight angle.
I had requested extra fluid in reservoir based on some post here. Dr. said he put in 90 cc even though reservoir was for 50 cc.

Welcome to the brotherhood learnmore :D. I was also ~30% inflated post op and it was very erect and hard, just not 100%.
It sounds like you are tracking well. You won't regret the extra fluid. I'm now starting to get a soft bulb at 100% inflation after 15 months, with 100 cc reservoir.

It's probably too early to asses your angle. I was always about 2 pm naturally but then had a RALP with everything cut and rejoined, causing ED and loss of angle. Post implant I'm a bit above 3 pm, which is more than fine for PIV sex. Angle has never been a concern.

I had concerns about infection post op for the first 4 to 6 weeks due to some visible weeping along the incision line (penoscrotal).
Kept in touch with my surgeon who wasn't worried and said it's normal. Never had an issue and it eventually healed nicely.
If you had an infrapubic approach the incision is smaller and I think would heal faster.
71, married, Sydney Oz. PC/nerve sparing RRP Mar 2022 caused 100% total ED. Tried pills, Trimix inj, focal shockwave, VED. All failed. Implanted Mar 6 2025 AMS 700 LGX 21cm x 12mm, no RTEs, MS pump, Penoscrotal. Got back to 6.5" BPEL @ 9m. Loving it.
