Hi All,
I am scheduled for Surgery on June 15th (Monday) in New York City.
My question is strange.
Do you think I would be good to travel to Miami on June 27th to watch world cup soccer game?
Sorry. We all got our unique problems.

Doable.
You will be up walking around by that time anyway.
I would bring something padded to sit down on.
Yell and scream and have a good time!

I did fine attending a theater event at 10 d, but there are some who are a bit more tender. Do your icing and keep your fingers crossed. Should be OK if you can stand periodically.

I was OK to attend a music concert at 6 days post op, travelling over an hour each way by public transport.
Also walked at least 15 minutes from the venue afterwards. I did take it slowly though.
Sure, I was sore and somewhat uncomfortable but I still enjoyed the performance.
Note that we were seated the whole time, no jumping around etc. A cushion might be helpful.
My experience was that my scrotum was painful, so anything to take the pressure off it was good.
YMMV.

I know some people here have reported significant swelling and pain in the 1-2 weeks after surgery. For me personally very mild pain for about two days and then no pain. I stopped my exercise routine for one week just to be safe but I but could do all other normal activities. If you are like me you should be fine at two weeks.
