New Titan Prime

HERE IT IS!!
60yo.ED started mid 40s pills failed after 10 years. Injections works w diminishing results.
Implanted 5-22 Titan 20cm with 1cm RTE.
Revision 3-26 Titan 24cm with 1cm trimmed off.
Infection, salvage 5-26 Titan 24cm -1cm trimmed.

Interesting the materials cite enhanced abrasion resistance in the tubing, but not enhanced kink resistance. I guess I don’t understand if that’s something needed or not. Hakky just told me not to use a ring at the base around my balls to avoid kinking the tube leading to failure. So that seems like a thing.
59yo Coloplast Titan 28cm Penoscrotal with Dr. Hakky 10/21/2025.
Pre-op erect measurements:
8.5"L and 6.5"C

Post-op: 8”L and 6”C at one week.
8.5” and 6”C at three weeks with full glans engorgement

Nice!! Thank goodness they worked on the flacid state of the titan cylinders. Here's to hoping it actually makes a difference! I hated that about the titan, though it was better for sex than my CX
Early 30s with ED from jelqing. Implant by Dr Eid on 24 June 2021 with a Titan 24cm with +1cm RTE on one side and -1cm cut off on the other side

What aspects made Titan better for sex for you compared to the CX?

I thought CX’s erect state also mimics the natural penis much closer.

What I’m most looking forward to is how this will now force competitors to innovate. This is the best news I’ve heard in a while. Let’s hope the BioFlex coated tubing, which theoretically sounds great, actually translates into better performance, longevity.
42. Implanted by Dr. Kramer, July 5, 2024, AMS LGX, 21cm cylinders + 2cm RTEs. Idiopathic "hard flaccid" ED following bacterial infection. Tried pulse waves, Cialis, TRT, even spinal injections. Nada.

The titan just felt harder, thicker, stronger. The CX is still fine but Titan was a step above. Horrible while flacid though
