First PIV Orgasm Since Surgery

7 month post implant tomorrow, 4 month after starting with PIV I still experience ups and downs with the ability to climax but with improving sense ability with every week and intercourse. The other day it took her 5 orgasm to reach mine so my thanks goes to wifey to keep going because when I finally came it was tremendous. The day after none of us reached climax.

Wow 3 weeks is so short after surgery. It takessome time but it definitely gets better. For me it also depends when the last time I had an orgasm. Just like before the Implant I need some time before orgasming which as I get older is longer. The HUGE difference is I can be hard and use my penis anyway. It still feels good, it just doesn't always end in orgasm

A quick update:

Things continue to improve. I still have sensitivity issues on the underside of my shaft, hard to tell if it’s improving much. But I’m able to have more consistent orgasms from intercourse, probably a third of the time now PIV sex ends in orgasm, and often takes less work now. My wonderful GF and I have found some techniques to make orgasm more likely.

One thing I will mention, is using red light therapy on my penis and scrotum to promote healing and reduce inflammation. It has helped with my lower back pain, so I tried it on my genitals. I almost immediately noticed slightly easier orgasms and better sensitivity. This is one anecdotal experience, but if you are having problems this is an easy, no risk, low cost therapy you can try to help.

Red light is not a bad idea, the light waves penetrate the tissue and generate heat, which dilates the blood vessels (vasodilation). This stimulates blood flow, thereby promoting the supply of oxygen and nutrients to the cells.
However, keep distance 40-80 cm, not longer then 10 minutes, not in the initial healing period or infection and be careful with the heat, as high temperature (over 37°C / 98.5 °F) regularly can damage sperm production (if fertility is desired).

My initial instinct was to think that the change in orgasms was really from changes in how our nerves were organized post surgery. But I’m coming around to Vincent and Chuck’s point of view. How and when orgasms occur is very different for me now.

An experience I have had a number of times is something like a rolling orgasm. I might cum two or three times in relatively rapid succession, with either the second or the third being a very powerful orgasm, both in intensity and volume. That often happens during PIV sex. It’s tough to tell how much cum ejaculates in those preliminary orgasms during PIV sex, but one time it happened while giving a facial and there was definitely some cum during the first ejaculation, and then an explosion 30-45 seconds later when I came again (she was amazed it went on so long!).

Nothing like that ever happened to me before, and I think it is our minds giving ourselves the luxury of extended tantric-style orgasms.

Interesting. My organism changed after my prostate treatment. Physiology, I’m “dry”, but not completely. I will eject the pre-ejactulation fluid, Cowpers glands, what’s funny is the timing. Almost more intense too.
