It's a bittersweet day gents... finally got my dimple. 8 months of a mix of casual and aggressive cycling with VED assist and I am using up all the fluid. Clavell uses 15mL or so extra so that's 140+ in a 26cm.

Should I go in for a top off? haha at least it means the pain is only going to diminish now.

I don't know if it will work with a large Titan, but I've recently learned a "trick" with my LGX.
I have the larger 100 cc reservoir but I don't know if it's even possible to overfill the AMS ones.
I'm guessing I have at least 100 ml, as pre op I had asked my surgeon to not short change me.
I've also recently started to get a soft bulb when fully pumped so assume I'm reaching its limits.
So I hit the deflate button when maxed out, but then very quickly start pumping again within a second or so.
Doing that I can get many more pumps in and the pressure increases significantly, to the point of discomfort, before the bulb goes soft again.
I don't know if fluid gets trapped somewhere and that makes it available again, but it seems to work, fingers crossed.

I was implanted in March 2025, and by December 2025 I had reached flat bulb. I got back to my preop length pretty quickly, and while my girth came in about 0.25” under preop at 6.25”, that’s still a solid measurement — so I wasn’t too concerned. By the time I reach flat bulb it’s extremely rigid, and the overall result is a big, thick penis. I’m very happy with it.

My setup is a 24cm Titan with a 125ml reservoir filled to 135ml.

I just had my annual visit with my surgeon and asked about options for adding fluid, making clear I didn’t want to increase the risk of device failure or infection. He explained that the access point would be the tubing between the reservoir and the pump — a low-pressure segment of the system — so the failure risk isn’t meaningfully elevated. He’d reach it through a small incision just under the skin, before the tubing enters the inguinal canal. No muscle is cut, recovery is quick, and discomfort is minimal. It would need to be done at the same surgical center as the original implant. Since it’s a new insurance year, last year’s out-of-pocket maximum has reset, which is a disappointment. They’re putting together a cost estimate now.

I haven’t decided whether to move forward yet. I have a large, well-functioning penis — I’d just like a little more fluid in the system for potentially a bit more size.

Curious to hear what others decide to do. I’ll update everyone on where I land as well.

My dr told me she put a bunch of extra fluid in my Titan. If I really pump it, with several rest periods, I can still max out the fluid. I notice when I really pump it hard, it increases in girth and better angle, but not any more length. Good news is I don’t feel any pain, bad news is I don’t feel much of anything.

It took me 12 months to run out of fluid on my original Titan. At the point this happened I was at my pre surgery length and actually had gained a little girth. At that point I quit cycling except for sex or personal use. Had it 3 more years before my revision due to other issues
