Almostfifty, I googled what you’re having done. It’s quite a process.
I’m wondering how your flaccid will be after squeezing all the fluid out of the tubes with the extra silicone sheath in there.

I’m sure a lot of guys on here will be interested in your results.

Well… I flew out to DC from the West Coast to have Dr. Taj perform his Kingmaker surgery on me. He is the only surgeon in the world who can/will do a three piece inflatable prosthesis in conjunction with a Himplant for girth and flaccid size enhancement.

I flew in on June 6th and prepped for my surgery on Monday June 8th. Stocked my fridge with easy to make food, water, and ice for the jewels.

Day 1: Surgery Day- I arrived at the McLean, VA surgical center and the gals got me checked in. I remember thinking… well, I guess I’m past the point of no return!

A little history… I am 49 and could masterbate fairly normally but I struggled keeping erections during intercourse. Medications had gone from working to working some of the time. My confidence was shot. I was not going to put needles in my dick so… I decided on prosthesis.

A three piece prosthesis with Dr. Taj is $29,000 and the Himplant girth enhancement is $18,500. This combination is known as the Kingmaker and when done in conjunction they discount final cost to $40,000 in total. I guess a working giant dick is more important to me than a used boat but Dr. Taj says get the dick, THEN the boat.

My nurse took my vitals, I got gowned up and soon Dr. Taj entered and gave me a warm welcome. Off with the gown and we were measuring. Drum roll please…. “5 1/2” long and 4” girth… set me up with an XL Himplant 22cm!” The nurses got to work and within minutes my anesthesiologist was walking me through the process. I awoke to one of my beautiful nurses an hour and a half later.

After recooperating for a bit, the gals helped me get dressed and I was on my way back to my hotel. I was fairly sore and while walking was not enjoyable, I could do it. Transitioning from standing to sitting or laying down at this point was 7/10 painful but the pain would go down to a 3 or 4 within a few minutes.
I followed all of my prescription recommendations religiously which was needed. In previous surgeries for example I didn’t take most of my narcotics. This one is different! I am taking them as prescribed! I slept pretty well night 1. The Dr. sent me home with a catheter so no need to get up to pee.

Day 2: I woke up a bit sore but feeling ok and a little surprised at how much sleep I had got. On my way back to the surgical center. The gals checked me in and gowned me up. My nurse took off all of my bandages and there it was standing at attention in all its glory… a bit battered and bruised but at full mast? Dr. Taj came in and examined me and was very pleased with the outcome! He sends his patients home the first night with the prosthesis pumped to about 30% of the device’s capacity. In short order I was receiving a IV antibiotics from the lock they had set up during surgery. My nurse said that I should have some food with this med and she had me order breakfast online from the restaurant in the building and soon she returned with my breakfast and latte.

My nurse wrapped me back up and sent we on my way. I have been back at my hotel for the last few hours and had the energy and ability to clean up a bit. Yesterday bending over to pick things up was difficult and painful. Today it is a bit easier. This surgery is no joke… that said I am very optimistic and feel like this has been a good choice. I will be following Dr. Taj’s recommended healing protocols religiously. I haven’t measured myself yet but… I am much larger and if I was only pumped to 30% before I am looking forward to 100% at the 8 week mark.
