Bad pain in glands after revision and then salvage

Had a revision on Feb25. After 4 weeks got infected and Faught with antibiotics but later decided on salvage at 11 weeks out. Now almost 4 week into salvage.
My issue is after revision I had a terrible pain in my glands mostly on left side. There’s a slight puffiness on underside but not a lot. It seems to burn mildly most of the time but if I as much as touch it it begins to burn like it’s on fire! When this happens it will continue to burn for hours and gradually calm down. After 5 weeks I was released and told by Dr that it should get better. Attempted sex and wasn’t very painful until afterwards and then the fire began and burned for 12 hours before subsiding. After salvage there was no pain first week and then just as things were healing up good the glands pain started back up. Identical pain. Can’t even gently milk the last couple drops of urine after taking a leak without stirring up the fire! And again it last for hours! I’ve attempted to put it up but was way too painful and Dr allowed me to deflate at week 2 so that helped but still have the nagging pain!
My Dr suggests it’s possibly nerve pain and could eventually get better. Iv researched and if it’s damaged nerves it could take many months if it’s compressed nerves it possibly will never go away requiring yet another revision.
Has anybody had this xtreme burning pain as described? How long before it got better? I’ve been on gabapentin every 8 hours and seems to help with the constant pain but if stimulated in anyway it’s on fire again for hours.im almost 4 weeks and gently cycling to only 8-10 pumps which is where Dr had me after surgery, but at that level it immediately starts taht horrible burning!

ah geeez Rider, sorry to read of these complications, that just sucks after the journey you've been on. Hang in there brother im rooting for you. yell scream or bitch all you need here, we got you.

Incision on scrotum was pretty much healed up at two weeks and then kinda stayed not quite healed. Then last Friday my scrotum burned for several hours and I finally looked and it has opened up and has puss in spots. Called Dr and he put me on 2 strong antibiotics. He’s out of the country til Friday so said check in early Friday am and we’ll go over what’s next. Maybe a malleable is in my near future….. would be 3rd surgery in 16 weeks….. uuuggghh!!
Appears to be on surface area only but afraid of what it means..
