Hey brothers,
I had a Titan prosthesis implanted on February 5th. By May, I was already back to living a normal life, but on May 12th at the gym, I felt a pain in the reservoir area that bothered me. I kept going about my normal routine until May 24th, when I started taking actual rest because I realized it wasn't just a regular muscle strain; something had happened with either the reservoir or the tubing coming out of it.
My rest consisted of temporarily quitting the gym and lying in bed as much as possible, keeping in mind that I still have to work and carry out my daily activities. Today I had an ultrasound, and they told me that everything is perfectly fine at the muscular level—there is no injury, no hernia, and no inflammatory fluid.
Is it possible for the tubing or the reservoir to shift or tear the scar tissue capsule after 3 and a half months due to sports activity? Has anyone experienced something similar?

Re: Pain in the reservoir area
My surgeon had to secure the reservoir in place in the space of retzius with some sutures, because it kept trying to pop out. He told me I would have soreness there for a number of months. Seven months later I still have mild soreness in the reservoir area, and the tubing coming out of it to the right side base of my shaft. It’s not a big deal but I will mention it at my follow up tomorrow.
Maybe you have something similar going on, the reservoir or tubing shifting a bit.

Absolutely possible! Dr told me that it takes 4-6 months for the surgical capsule to fully form.
I have my reservoir up under my belly, I’m only 4 weeks out this time but it feels fine until I reach up over my head like to get something off a high shelf. Reservoir area wil be sore for several days the two times I did this. My personal opinion is go easy on anything that would stretch it out and pull on the reservoir. Give it time to heal.

I think you need an MRI which is more specialized. My understanding is that it can give you a complete visualization of all the internal components of your implant.
I'm in my early 70's. Serious problems with ED started in my early 60's. ED drugs were eventually not effective enough. Aquired VED pump and constriction rings in 2024 which provides usable erections for sexual activity.
