Surgery next week, surgeon is gonna film it

Hey all.
Has anyone else had their surgery filmed or have they watched other implant surgeries online. Or is it just me lol.
Having a Titan implant.
Just to be clear I’ve requested the filming as I’d like to watch my surgery after it’s done.

Sounds a bit odd but I’m interested to see the process. (And to make sure he doesn’t do anything wrong lol)

It took me a while but I watched a little at a time of the different methods. Not something I would normally watch. The idea of having it filmed as a record, nice idea, but they could edit it.
Good Luck Get the home stocked up with food etc. Be prepared. and hope it goes smoothly.

Thanks for the support. I can watch pretty much any surgery on tv, I find it super interesting as an engineer by trade. I’ve probably seen more than half a dozen implant surgeries by many doctors all around the world.
I am so ready for the surgery now, just want to get it done and begin healing.

I don't think I'd even want to know , my Dr did film my surgery with my permission, he said he wanted to use for educational purposes for his student surgeons.

I figured, if it's being recorded he'll definitely be doing a great job and strive for best outcome, which he did. I'm happy

Hatch, I watched a lot of penile implant surgeries before I had my implant, so it definitely helped educate me and I knew a lot more questions to ask my military doctor before my surgery. Yes, I had an Army Major (Urologist Doctor) install my Bionic Dick! lol He did a great job.

It’s crazy that I can’t watch knee surgeries and I had two total knee replacements in 2023 and 2024, they just seem to be more gory! Lol

My implant was done in the middle of COVID Nov 5th 2021.
