mine tips are generally pretty high towards the outer underside of the glans at rest ( deflation) but when inflated (hard) they are more inside the glend. So the tactal feel when limp is they are more noticeable but its just something you get used to.

per your Question
I would say at rest my tips are quite low bearly in the glands
but with erection they move more deeply into the gland.
it could be that the gland increases size over the tubes ? same effect but different process?

I have a Rigicon Infla10 AX. When flaccid the tips are well outside of the glans. When inflated they're about halfway in (from looking down at upper side of glans) from underside they're just about in the glans.

Curious to know where everyone's sit?

I think it also depends on the doctor and how aggressively he sizes up implants and the type of implant you have. I mean CX and LGX have different functions, the same as AX and X, so many doctors would often be more conservative with LGX & AX than with CX & X. It seems that some doctors have tendency to rely on their experience and on patient's desires more than on factory instructions, than do others.
Again nothing is in stone because your personal anatomy would always be a wild card.

If I'd be you I'd ask Professor Ralph how he would've sized up X if you implanted it instead of AX. I think that should give you a better idea on how aggressively (or not) he sized you up than any of us would.
