For everyone that has a length expanding implant, where do the tips sit when flaccid?
I have a Rigicon Infla10 AX. When flaccid the tips are well outside of the glans. When inflated they're about halfway in (from looking down at upper side of glans) from underside they're just about in the glans.
Curious to know where everyone's sit?

Re: Infla10AX & LGX length expanding implants
Hello,
I am yet to be implemented and my choice would be for the Infla 10 AX, so I don’t have any answer but I am curious to understand how you can fill the tips of the implant in your gland and if this is causing any discomfort to you.
Thank you

mine tips are generally pretty high towards the outer underside of the glans at rest ( deflation) but when inflated (hard) they are more inside the glend. So the tactal feel when limp is they are more noticeable but its just something you get used to.

Would you say more than 50% into the glans when flaccid?
You say your tips are close to the underside wall of the glans (ventral) when flaccid? What about inflated?

On my LGX the tips are about halfway inside the glans when flaccid, and well over 3/4 when fully erect. The tips feel very close to the underside when erect but not when flaccid. Early in my recovery the tips were barely into the glans at all. They only started to go deeper after I commenced cycling regularly. I can't remember exactly how long it took for them to settle into their final position. But it was probably after more than a month of cycling, which started at 6 weeks post op.
71, married, Sydney Oz. PC/nerve sparing RRP Mar 2022 caused 100% total ED. Tried pills, Trimix inj, focal shockwave, VED. All failed. Implanted Mar 6 2025 AMS 700 LGX 21cm x 12mm, no RTEs, MS pump, Penoscrotal. Got back to 6.5" BPEL @ 9m. Loving it.

The instructions for placement of the LGX (identical to the instructions for the CX) are to place the tips mid glans; that would be the reason most guys sense that it is placed there.
Born 1974. Implanted 5/21/2024. AMS 700 CX 21cm, 3cm RTE. Penoscrotal. Venous leak my whole life. Pills helped, but hated the side effects; worked less as I aged. Skipped injections. Grateful to bionic brotherhood that helped me make this decision.

But mid glans when flaccid or inflated?

Both, I think. The cylinders are uninflated when the tips are placed mid-glans in surgery. But they should remain in that position whether inflated or uninflated. You shouldn’t get “floppy glans” when uninflated, nor should the tips push through the glans (erosion) when inflated. The tips should remain in the same spot in the glans, meanwhile the corpora expands/contracts with the inflation and deflation of the cylinders.
That’s based on my experience, my understanding of how the AMS cylinders and the corpora works together, and the AMS surgical procedures documentation. The CX and LGX are sized the same way, there is no difference between them, so the supposed lengthening capability of the LGX should have no bearing on the issue.
But, I know absolutely nothing about the Rigicon models. My instinct is to say that if you are experiencing the tip placement location changing as dramatically as you suggest, that could be an indication of something wrong. On the other hand, it could be that it is a difference in how the Rigicon model works, or something peculiar about your anatomy. But I have never read about guys having the implant expand and contract inside their corpora while the corpora remains extended, which is what you seem to be describing if the tips are no longer mid-glans when deflated. That suggests possible undersizing, I don’t know. Seems like it would be a good thing to discuss with your doc, and report back what he says.

Im seeing the surgeon in a few weeks. Flaccid my penis is an inch shorter than it is when inflated. The implant definitely seems to extend when going from flaccid to inflated. I quite like that if it's sized correctly as it makes it more natural being able to grow.
I am curious to see if they extend further into the glans upon inflation over the next few months.
Will see what comes back from my follow up.
