I don't see any downsides, as long as they still come in the full range of sizes... or better yet increase the range.

Disappointed they didn't figure out a way to increase the girth. I just got implanted with the current Titan anyway. The improved tubing durability and natural flaccid feel sounds great though. They claim the rigidity is the same but I wonder if that's actually the case.

Strange, I can find no clinical studies on this new product...

Should be available end of 2026

Thank you so much for posting this! Fantastic news!

“Coloplast noted that Titan Prime includes kink resistant tubing (KRT) that is 11 times as durable to abrasion failure compared with the Titan KRT.”

This is what I’m talking about! Finally, some improvements on the tubing. I might be interested in this. But we’ll have to see how it performs… Hopefully, the competition will now be forced to step up.

I wonder what they did to improve on the tubing?

I think they made the tubing out of the same material that the cylinders are made of, which is extremely durable. Thats what some surgeons told me at least

Thanks for sharing. Coloplast has addressed the weak tubing and dog ears nonsense. A total game changer!

If this is true, then I might have a Titan in my future. It would be great to somehow get confirmation on this.
