7 month post implant tomorrow, 4 month after starting with PIV I still experience ups and downs with the ability to climax but with improving sense ability with every week and intercourse. Wow 3 weeks is so short after surgery. It takessome time but it definitely gets better. For me it also depends when the last time I had an orgasm. Just like before the Implant I need some time before orgasming which as I get older is longer. The HUGE difference is I can be hard and use my penis anyway. It still feels good, it just doesn't always end in orgasm
