I can't even get an orgasm masturbating at this point. Just no real feeling in most of my penis, it's like I'm stroking my forearm or something and expecting to climax doing that. A bit frustrating. I hope it will improve, but I had so much sensitivity loss after the first implant that never came back I worry it's even worse now. I'm sure things will improve, been only 6 weeks now.

Definitely give it some time. Orgasm from masturbation took quite a bit of work for me at first, now it’s easier. PIV took longer to come back, but has started to and now I’ve had 5 or 6 of them. It just takes time, have patience with yourself and try not to create too much pressure and it will happen.

This is all great to hear as I am three weeks out and I am enjoying the implant with good sensation but I cannot orgasm even with masturbation. It is all taking me back to my prostatectomy when I realized that healing improves everything. So far so good - wife and I had sex for the first time in FOUR years.
