In it, he talks about his use of compression boxer briefs to hold his implant down. I imagine that the right underwear - like compression boxer briefs - might make a difference in comfort. Ironically, something that holds the penis tighter might help you so that it hangs closer to 6 o clock and doesn’t push directly out onto your pants.
Also - have you tried wearing a baby sock over your glans? This is a very common recommendation here to reduce glans sensitivity. Worked for me first two weeks of my recovery and I’m considering wearing one again as I start wearing my trousers again.
Will your glans pain when u wear an underwear keeping thr rods bent down and while walking or sitting. It’s kinda of little sensitive and still rods are towards 4 o clock position
Will the sensitivity go in a sometime

I literally only started regularly wearing underwear this 4 days or so. It was very difficult and itchy and sore and sensitive all at once for the first day or two. It got better last couple, and I do think it will keep getting better each week.
33 yrs old. ED since high school. Pills always hit or miss, mostly ineffective. Finally diagnosed with venous leak in early September 2025.
Rigi10 MPP 11mm rods 20 cm with 0.5 RTE.
Implanted w/ Dr Hakky on January 20, 2026. Recovering.

Down and slightly left seems most comfortable right now for me.
This + wider leg trousers with pleats (not flat front pants like most chinos or jeans) and a HIGH RISE (waistband comes up to about my belly button) is giving me best concealment and comfort results. These kinds of pants are also incredibly stylish - wool for cold weather, linen for summer. You can wear sweaters tucked or untucked with them and they look perfect. In summer, an untucked linen shirt + linen pant are incredibly cool (both looking and also temperature wise).
Again, the key is wider in the thigh area and crotch + higher rise.

I don't get it. When you say it does not bend, you mean it just bounce back? Or that you can't bend it not even once using all the force you can put on it?
I am able to bend but it bounce back hardly at 3 to 4 o clock, I could feel the internal suture in the right side
Doctor said it would take time to dissolve and not an issue however I feel the right is more rigid and left one cirlcles at the moment.

Re: Rigi 10 bendability and pointing towards left
Hi am in my seventh month, past two weeks getting mild discomfort in right side scorotal area and groin are and also the discomfort travels in right side hip region not sure if this is due to rear end of malleable implant mal position,
Getting scared want to ask if there is any doctor in Scarborough or Toronto to get checked fully.
First six months I didn’t get any discomfort everything was smooth:
Any idea or experience most welcome please share your experience.
This is not paining but a mild discomfort I feel, I traveled thru the implant with my hand pressing the skin and looks fine no irregularity.
But worries as this is sensible area and I did operation in Delhi India from dr Gupta and can’t go back for check up
So suggest a doctor also please mention your experience much appreciated
Also to add I started going to gym recently and started to walk in tread mill. Should I be worried. Am so scared anything happens
