My surgeon promised that in three weeks after my surgery, I would be having sex. Last Friday was my three week anniversary and he was not lying. I can’t say that it was pain-free and he did not promise that it would be. I’m not saying it was painful- just not the most comfortable sex I’ve ever had. We just wanted to do it to celebrate the end of my ED. I celebrated my 75th birthday on Saturday. Woo hoo! On Sunday, I was doing my usual cycling and offered my much younger wife the opportunity to take it for another spin. We pumped it up and off we went, and it was even better than the first time. Not great but a further celebration of my birthday.
Those of you here who are, like me, relatively new to the bionic brotherhood, take heart and know that there is indeed a light at the end of the ED tunnel. Every day gets better and better. While I still avail myself of my handy ice bag, from time to time, I can go longer and longer without it, which confirms in my mind that I will eventually be able to toss it and resume a totally ache free existence. Yay for me and yay for all of you!

The Eagle has Landed
Born 1951. Healthy and in good shape. ED became worse following nerve sparing RPP 2009 which likely caused eventual venous leakage. Tried pills and injections and TRT. Not letting age be a factor. Surgery on 5/8/26 by Dr Perito. Titan classic.

Haha, great to hear! Congratulations on keeping the young wife of yours happy for years to come. It just gets better from here. Welcome aboard, brother!
Born 1974. Implanted 5/21/2024. AMS 700 CX 21cm, 3cm RTE. Penoscrotal. Venous leak my whole life. Pills helped, but hated the side effects; worked less as I aged. Skipped injections. Grateful to bionic brotherhood that helped me make this decision.

Re: The Eagle has Landed
I too am three weeks out and had sex for the first tywo times in four years. Some pain - second time better than first. Wife said it felt good and was relieved about no ED. Penis seems a little thin and a bit short but not bad. Problem is I cannot reach orgasm even with stimulation. Did others note this early on and did it get better. Wife did not orgasm either but I think she is worried about me and it held her back. I mean we were on the DL for years. I was able to orgasm with self stimulation prior to surgery thought it was getting tougher. Does sensitivity improve? I am taking Cialis. Any other thought or advice. For the most part I am very happy as at least I am in the game again.

I'm more impressed you pulled off sex at all at 3 weeks.....
It was six weeks before I had my first Doctor training inflation/ deflation visit.
So you are Waaaaay ahead of alot of us.
My only concern would be is if your body is fully healed.
ANY open wound not fully sealed could be considered dangerous in regards to infection.
Did you run that past your Doctor?

My doc is Perito and he let's you loose after 10-14 days once he personally sees you in the office and checks out the progress and personally inflates you and sees if you can manage it as well.

First sex for mer was fun but sometimes uncomfortable and I had some tip pain. Now seven months later it feels very natural and there’s no pain. Take it a little slow but keep at it and it will get way better!
