Angle of erection post implant

Postby Rlpf4712 » Sun May 31, 2026 9:51 am

Hi everyone. I want to start this by saying thank you to all of you that share your personal experiences on here. I would be very apprehensive about this if it were not for you. I have been following this platform for almost 2 years now. I have peyronies and need cialis to maintain an erection. I know it is just a matter of time. I have met with Dr Hackky , Eid and Valenzuela. They were all extremely impressive. I have decided to go with Hackky because I think he is best to deal with the complications with my peyronies with the auxetic procedure. My question to you all is the change In angle of your erection. I have a natural straight up almost 12 o’clock angle. My absolutely stunning wife cited the angle is what does it for her as I am average is size 6X4.8. She is 10 years younger get than I am and I will be 60 this year and am afraid of losing the angle that brings her too orgasm 99 percent of the time we have sex and over 50% 2 orgasms. I am ready to go bionic but am afraid I will lose the angle. Any experience you can share with me will be priceless and really help my decision. I can still perform but am afraid of my peyronies taking more size away from me as I have lost both length and girth and I want to halt any further loss.

My angle actually got better after the implant. Similar to you, mine was around one o'clock beforehand and it's now 12 o'clock. It makes certain positions (doggy and reverse cowgirl) difficult.

Thank you so much jsmith. It is great that you stayed the same. I have not seen any comments stating the angle changed severely but I have seen guys stating minor changes. I can live with that. Thank you for your reply

Rlpf4712- My inflated angle is about 2:30, and had been about 4:00 before implant. But I’m only about 7 weeks post-op so this may not be the angle I will have a year from now. I had been using trimix injections for about four years when I started to develop Peyrones symptoms, and it was time for an implant. Dr. Hakky installed a Titan with classic pump for me in mid April. Thus far the entire experience with Dr Hakky and his staff has been outstanding, so I think you’ve made an excellent choice. I see that you’ve considered surgeons nationwide. Will you be traveling for surgery? I’m very fortunate to live close enough to drive to Hakky’s office. Wishing you the best.

Two years post-op and fully inflated is 2:30, maybe 2 at best. But prior to IPP, it was 3 o'clock at the best. So that's improvement! :D
Had ED for about 25 years, and used pills, then injections, until implant in 2024, following bout with cancer. Implant is AMS 700CX, 21 cm, no RTE, on 6/3/24 at age 65. Thank you, Medicare!
