What is your erection angle after pumping?

I got lucky, 2 o’clock when fully pumped up. Pretty much ideal IMO. But I do have to significantly reduce hardness for some positions, like reverse cowgirl when she’s leaning forward away from me.

I am ready to book my implant with Dr Hackky in Atlanta. I have peyronies, lost size,and am afraid of more loss. I need pills to keep an erection but my angle is still straight up like 1 o’clock when I get hard. Will the angle change a lot when I get the implant? My concern is my wife likes the current angle and im afraid she will have a problem if it changes a lot. Thank you all for sharing all your stories, I would not even be considering an implant if it were not for this platform. It has been invaluable to me.

My angle stayed pretty consistent before/after surgery. The implant is heavier and can drag the angle down a little. A lot depends on your anatomy, strength of pelvic floor and suspensory ligaments, etc.
