Sounds great johnny. One thing is your own satisfaction but to experience again that you are able to give pleasure is priceless. I remember during my ED days I was afraid to tell that I am coming because even if she was closed she would falt because she knew I would get limb any second. Now if its the rare case I climax before her we just keep going until her multiple acure.
Keep going johnny be good.

that’s great to hear johnny! i guess the decreasing frequency of your presence here is actually a positive indicator that you’re doing well lol.
if you don’t mind im gonna ask some technical questions,
1- how is the performance in penetrative intercourse? you previously mentioned buckling with your toy did you suffer any of that or any problems relating to rigidity/stability of the implant?
2- any position you suffered from or was difficult to execute due to the implant?
3- how was the residual filling/engorgement during arousal?
4- how was your partners satisfaction, actually the most important factor for me, and did she notice the implant at first?
sorry for asking a lot but your experience would be highly beneficial as im also 32 years old with VL unfortunately
if you’d like to add any further advise or comments it would be hugely appreciated too.
hope you keep enjoying your implant for many decades to come!

Hey man, happy to answer!
1- how is the performance in penetrative intercourse? you previously mentioned buckling with your toy did you suffer any of that or any problems relating to rigidity/stability of the implant?
No issues at all in any position. Penetration was fantastic, no buckling.
2- any position you suffered from or was difficult to execute due to the implant?
No - all positions were great. I tried positions I never would’ve attempted prior to the implant too.
3- how was the residual filling/engorgement during arousal?
I still get very good engorgement in glans and urethra. Girth increases as a result.
4- how was your partners satisfaction, actually the most important factor for me, and did she notice the implant at first?
She does not know I have an implant but things are getting more serious and I am likely going to disclose it to her. She is really, REALLY enjoying the sex and the fact that I have been able to be super attentive and creative - since there’s zero pressure to maintain my erection!
33 yrs old. ED since high school. Pills always hit or miss, mostly ineffective. Finally diagnosed with venous leak in early September 2025.

JohnnyBorg wrote:Hey everyone - I’ve thought a LOT about this update.
After a long period of not dating anyone at all - I put myself back out there on the apps and with my new Rigi10 MPP.
I ended up meeting someone - and although I very much was only thinking I was looking for something short term, we connected very deeply and that’s shaken things up for me (in a really nice way).
We had sex for the first time recently and have had sex multiple times now after that. I have no idea what the future may hold, how much time I have left on the planet (I hope many many more years!). What I do know is that I’m so grateful to have taken this risk in reclaiming my sex life with the implant. Is the implant absolutely perfect for me? No - I’ve spoken plenty about this in my journal about some of the challenge areas. But I’d do it again a million times over, purely because of the incredible experience it has allowed me to have with this person.
For the first time ever, I was able to truly be present and focused on her pleasure (I knew I was going to get PLENTY). I didn’t worry at all about my erection, or how it could ruin the mood. I was able to go down on her for long stretches knowing full well that at any moment, I could be inside her. Switching positions - something that used to result in loss of blood flow due to the leak - was of course no issue either.
Rigidity was great, no pain either during sex. I’m incredibly grateful for this and the fact that my ability to orgasm is preserved as well.
In this way, getting the implant has been one of the greatest gifts of my life. I have no doubt that future revisions and changes to penile function over time (blood flow, etc) are likely to happen, but I will cross those bridges when I get there. Right now, I’m really just feeling beyond grateful - I know I’ve said the word already too much in this post but it’s the best word for this situation.
To anyone reading who has tried everything and is now looking at implants, my advice remains the same - do as much research as you can on all the types of implants and brands available. Read as much as you can stomach about experiences and outcomes here on FT. Do the same amount of research on potential surgeons. Do not be afraid to travel to see a world class specialized surgeon for this procedure. Evaluate your financial situation and insurance coverage, and make sure to factor those things into your decision. Join the community here, ask questions, get the thoughts and opinions of others who have been in your shoes. Once you have all of that pulled together - make your plan, and act on it.
It’s been a long journey for me - a lifetime of ED up until this point. But the payoff - even if just for the last few days - has been 100% worth the fight for me.
Huge thank you to everyone who has read along and given me their thoughts and encouragement. I really appreciate it so much.
Johnny man your story really struck me. So happy you’ve met someone. I’m 7 weeks post opp and wondering how my first time is going to go or who it might be with. Being single going through this isn’t the easiest thing. Haven’t downloaded the apps but have started going out with my friends a bit. In the city its not difficult to find people to have sex with. But getting there mentally after a break up and life altering surgery is a whole other story. Seeing your courage to just go for it and have success is awesome to see.
