You might have to guide your implanted penis, I can't tell exactly what you're describing but it doesn't work like a natural hydraulic erection or an IPP implant.

You're still VERY early on and learning how to live with the malleable. Go slow. Guide / lift your penis. Just adjust. Practice by yourself if you can. You'll be okay.

first thing you should go back to you dr and consult him.

if you don’t mind posting pictures that would help us understand the issue and try to help you.

is it something like this?

https://youtu.be/KmN4cBVwF18?si=FtZ10cTQs4RMzlhk

anyway, 3 possibilities for why any problems of this sort would happen with a malleable,

1- undersizing in width or length
2- the rod broke somewhere near the hinge
3- thats your natural anatomy and nothing is actually wrong with the implant

either way it’s impossible to judge without seeing it or proper examination.

btw this is an ipp done by a high volume implanter

https://youtu.be/eBt-Xgdot-8?si=S9Dd60WXZeX-cJIz

it’s pointing downwards literally 6 o clock no elevation at all. the dr says that it depends on the patient’s original angle and he asks the patient about his pre op angle and the patient confirms that it has always been like this.
