Many many cons as have been stated. One pro would be the ability to do early cycling. No need for scrotal swelling to go down to have proper pump button access.
55 years. Using bimix 0.4 units. Works well but inconsistent and very inconvenient. Seriously considering an implant. 6.4 inches bone pressed length to tip, 5 inches girth base, 4.5 inches girth mid-shaft.

I fail to see much of an up side to this. How much more will an IPP cost with this innovation? Perhaps insurance companies will only be willing to pay for a manual pump? Think how cost conscious they are now. I can imagine the posts on FT already. My insurance won't pay for my blue tooth pump! What are my options to get one, I really need it badly.
It seems obvious that there will be an over pressure limit built into it. What will the limit be? Men that don't pump to max won't care. Those of us that want every last partial squeeze won't be happy.
So if the blue tooth doesn't gain favor & not many are installed. Who wants a discontinued electronic pump in their body? The tech landscape is littered with tech stuff that didn't sell very well.
I want products that are simple & work.... every time. Despite men complaining about pumps. My CX works every time that I ask it to work & I use it at max pumps.

I beg to differ on this. My drs assistant showed me how to pump even though I was moderately swollen. Dr Eid has you pumping very early, swollen or not.
In my case swelling didn't hinder pumping. A sore shaft did hinder pumping. I'm sure with the blue tooth pump you'll still have a tender shaft.

I'll pass. I don't even notice the pump anymore. And when I want to be inflated it's right there, simple and quick.

I would see this as a big improvement, less infection risk, less discomfort in scrotum, faster surgery faster recovery. No problem to find the bloody deflating button. Why you should use a phone, it can be a wristband with a small remote, only liquid inn and out. like a smart watch, nobody has do notice.
Remember most revisions a related to pump and tubes failure. So less revision as well.
You integrate the pump inside the reservoir so you only have two tubes to the cylinder. we are talking about next generation of implant and for sure it will go this way. many electronic micro pumps are implanted already today for different operations. and they are more reliable than our analog system.
I would love to sign for a prototype user.

Just like anything new, especially with technology, everyone is going to hate it at first until they eventually realize the benefits.

I personally think it's a great idea. It would give people options, and help those with hand dexterity issues.
It's a natural device to be put on the app. I remember when I first found out about penile implants one of the first things that came to mind was why would one need such a cumbersome thing as a pump in your scrotum in our day and age? I am actually surprised that it takes so long. Most people don't like innovations until they get used to them (planes, trains and automobiles do come to mind).
Few interesting comments from redditt
"I'll wait a few years for all the bugs to get worked out before I would switch." I personally would do the same but once I get implanted I hope it would be all set by the time I need a revision.
The other one I liked was: "My gf was already asking if there was an app she could download
". Yep, give your gf your password and forget about sleep.
On my end I hope there is some sort of physical failsafe/override because teenagers are going to have a field day with "let's hack your grandpa's dick" competitions.

I concur with all the negative responses here. This is stupid and was a huge fucking waste of time, time that could’ve been spent on more practical innovations—like more resilient tubing.
I can’t see many people going for this.

Re: Bluetooth Pumps are coming!
The idea of a subtle, internally placed device that responds instantly to my commands opens up an entirely new realm of possibility.
As a successful, confident, and buttoned-up professional who maintains a demanding career by day while enjoying a vibrant personal life, I have sex with a different woman every week. This lifestyle demands discretion, efficiency, and excitement without complications. That’s why I immediately welcome the concept of a voice-activated Bluetooth implant.
A vibrating structure would be absolute gold, offering precise, customizable stimulation that can be triggered mid-conversation, during a date, or even while closing a deal on a conference call. Imagine escalating pleasure with a whispered command, all while keeping a straight face and projecting complete control.
It aligns perfectly with my need for seamless integration between my polished public persona and private indulgences.
The ability to connect it to my Alexa ecosystem is a welcome bonus, allowing automated routines or hands-free activation through smart home commands, though it’s not a deal-breaker. Hahahaha, just kidding!
What matters most to me is reliability, discretion, and performance. This kind of innovative tech would enhance my encounters, letting me focus on connection and intensity rather than manual effort.
For someone who values both professional excellence and uninhibited pleasure, a sophisticated AI powered implant like this feels like the natural evolution of personal technology.
I’d adopt it without hesitation if it breaks down less often and only if Dr. Eid endorses it.

Re: Bluetooth Pumps are coming!
Maybe there is a reason this has not been on the marked for quiet some time, could it be the main producers know the digital system would be far more reliable than the analog we are using now, which results in much less revisions and sold devices or is it because we are a niche marked which has its limitations with cost versus earning.
I love the Alexa example staphy. Alexa pump it up!
