I cycled tonight to full…25 full pumps. It took a couple more partial pumps after that but didn’t really need them, it was super hard at 25. I could add some more partial pumps after a few minutes, but again not necessary.

I’m sticking with the number 25 as full inflation for me.

For me its about 40 for now. With full pumps. I feel like the length expanding models require more based on design. I have the rigicon though.

Consider this, a complete pump can be done a lot quicker than you realise. My CX has never taken a minute. 15 or so pumps to max inflation is about 30 seconds maybe less. For a reference, mine is 21cm long with no RTE's. So it holds quite a bit of fluid.

You can get hard quicker than your partner can get wet. She won't need to wait for you.

I had a 20 plus 1RTE for 4 years. At first maybe 6-8. After a few months was at 15-18. By a year I maxed out the fluid and was at 25-26. That is from a slightly inflated like I kept it all the time when not in use. If completely squeezed out to the point of looking flat and out of shape I could get 29-30. These are full wall to wall pumps. Like others said, RTEs do not count as they are solid, only adding solid length. Not inflatable length.
I recently got a 24cm XL Titan with 1cm trimmed off. Made it to 5-6 weeks but developed an infection…. But at that point I had started cycling and could get 25-27 right off the bat.Had a salvage a couple days ago so starting over. I will know for sure about this one in 4-6 monthsz Guessing after full break in I’ll get around 35 but that’s a guess.

I think the real question behind this is: does inflating an implant get in the way of intimacy or sex?

For me, with a 24cm Titan, the answer has been an overwhelming no. Inflating hasn’t interfered with intimacy at all.

The number of pumps I use depends on the situation. I don’t inflate to 100% every time.

For example, when masturbating I might only pump 5 or 6 times, which gets me to a level that feels full, thick, firm, and very satisfying. For oral sex, maybe a few more pumps. For penetrative sex, I’ll usually pump closer to full inflation, though still not quite 100%.

Another thing to keep in mind is that intimacy is usually a gradual process. I rarely go from completely deflated to penetration instantly. As things progress naturally, I add more pumps along the way.

I think you exactly hit the nail, the real question is how much inflating an implant hinders spontaneity and intimacy during PIV, a question I believe a lot of us, considering implants, ask themselves.

I am trying to imagine myself in an intimate situation with my wife, as desire grows between us. And I always come back to the question on how natural it can be to insert a sequence of inflation during preliminaries, without making it artificial or cumbersome.

Of course an implant even more if non as spontaneous as a natural erection is better than what ED sufferers have in their daily lives. But still, knowing from bionic brothers how easily they have included the inflation in their PIV and love making sessions is extremely useful, also with a mind to explain to their wives/partners.
