So glad to hear that things have turned around for you. I was in the same place about three weeks after my implant. I had a constant, heavy, dull ache in my shaft that would just occupy my mind. Like you, I thought I had deformed myself. I was actually almost hoping for an infection so I could get it ripped out. I had a similar situation with the fibrosis. I had thought it was mostly near the base of the shaft, but after what Dr. Eid told me, and in looking at photos I had taken after injections, I could see there was a lot of internal scarring in about the last 4cm of both corpus. Those photos really look deformed now. In the prep room just before my surgery when Dr. Eid came in to tell me they were ready, I again told him my concerns about that scarring and how he would handle it. He just looked at me, made his right index finger into a little hook, and then made a corkscrew motion along with a "scritch" sound, simulating how he was going to cut it out. I think that's why I had way more pain so long afterwards than others have reported.
After my surgery, and after wasting two implants on me, Dr. Eid thanked me for giving him that reminder before the surgery, and said that he needs to remember to listen to his patents better. He did end up doing a great job.
I see you were measuring 7.25" before your surgery, exactly the same as I was pre-implant, and we both got the 24cm Titan. I am now at exactly the same size I was before the implant, and I expect you will quickly get there, too. Here is a photo from this morning, not fully pumped.
