Dr. Eid has cleared me for sex. I probably could successfully do so at a lower pump and gentle pace. However, I think mentally/physically I’m going to just heal alittle bit longer before taking that next step. Focus on cycle consistency and tissue remodeling. Will see.

Thank you my friend! I think in my particular case it was helpful to be in Dr. Eid’s early cycle program. It was hell for 3 weeks of early cycling but it’s ultimately what allowed the sudden progress to manifest for me in week 4. With my scar tissue I needed early activation and expansion.

That is quite a compliment I thank you. Man I’ll tell you what. The Titan has plenty of issues….. but gods is it named correctly. These bio flex cylinders painfully but effectively mold your dick straight. It really has already straightened things with just a month of work. It’s an absolute beast of implant. It is painful, it is stiff, it is not an ideal flaccid…. But by god it is strong.

Brother, you are quite a bit larger than average so yes, the Titan would be the best choice.
It's known for better stiffness/axial rigidity when in use, which is obviously the end game.
The other implants do suit most of us but bigger guys can run the risk of less stability with those, assuming they fit.
They can all cause pain/discomfort initially but it will get better. You will love it even more then .

I sure know what you mean! Sticking a needle in my dick was never my idea of foreplay. I won't deny that I did have some satisfying sex with the injections through those decades that I had to rely on them, but the longer I used them, and the less effect they had, the more I grew to hate them. Suck a fucking hassle to make sure you always had a syringe ready at the right moment, and then having to decide exactly when that moment was: If I injected too early, I would start going soft before we were done; but if I waited too long, I would have to break up the foreplay to go to the bathroom to inject. Then I had to press the injection site for several minutes, or it might start bleeding, which is, well, not exactly sexy. And spending so long in the bathroom gave the impression that I was taking a dump, which is not that sexy either.

As I've said before: I find it so much easier to inflate the implant discretely (in spite of the sound from the pump), than it was to inject discretely.
