I'm 6 weeks out and I can still feel the resevoir inside me fairly acutely.
I did some exercise today (legs) and the resevoir feels a little uncomfortable. Actually, when I inflate and the resevoir empties it can sometimes trigger bowel movements I feel.
Does it ever get to a place where it's totally undetectable?

Re: Resevoir sensation
Where is your reservoir placed according to your operative report? High submuscular (HSM) or space of Retzius (SOR)?

I think it’s highly doubtful it’s in the SOR with the issue you’re describing.
Most guys with SOR reservoir placements say they have no idea where their reservoir is. While rare, the most common complaint about SOR placements is a feeling they need to pee all the time if it migrated towards the bladder
Where on your body are you feeling these sensations?

Re: Resevoir sensation
Mine is in SOR and I do feel some fullness there, and have a tube running from it to the cylinders that is somewhat palpable and occasionally slightly sore. When Dr. Hakky placed the reservoir he had trouble with it wanting to pop out of the space, so he added some sutures to hold it in place. It’s not palpable in any way, but is sometimes a little sore. Hakky warned me it would be sore for a number of months due to the sutures, so I’m not concerned and it is improving.
I did have a lot of initial issues with urinary frequency, but that has improved as well.

I feel it exactly where it was inserted. Not painful, but I suppose a little like trapped wind in that area. Im only 6 weeks post though remember.
I'm also a former pro athlete so I'm perhaps much more body aware and with high abdominal muscle density than most.

Ok that's encouraging. Tell me about the tubing. My tubing runs from the reservoir down the left side of my penis and at the base its very prominent. Its awkward and gets sore. It makes sense painful when I bash against it
