Having trouble ejaculating

Postby sliphill » Wed May 06, 2026 1:50 pm

Wow, I haven't posted here in years. I am on my second transplant. The last one was 4 years ago when I was 67. I am now 71. For the last 6 months I have had trouble Cuming through intercourse. Sometimes even with my partner giving head I have trouble and I will have to edge it and then I will cum. I have lost 20lbs, so I am not in too bad of shape. I just started to take Dhea to see if this helps. I am going in for my yearly physical at the end of the month. I have been feeling sluggish. I am going to ask to check my testosterone levels to see if this is the culprit. Has anyone else had this issue and what did you do about it.

I am 15 months post implant and still only able to ejaculate with masterbation . Rather disappointing. Doctor said it is psychological and I need a sex therapist. I am trying that now but early in the process.
60 yr male. Good health. ED started 10 yrs ago. Viagra worked then stopped. Tried other ED pills, VED, Trimix and Quadmix. Implant 2/7/25, Dr. Kai Li of Kaiser Virginia, Boston Scientific AMS 700. Have numbness at 6 month and inability to ejaculate.
