Shaft Swelling

Hi all. First time caller, long time listener...

So tomorrow will be 21 days post-op, TitanXL 24cm with 2cm RTE, infrapubic. Surgery went swimmingly, left the hospital the following morning sans drain and Foley (goddamn that was an uncomfortable removal!). Overall, pain was manageable with Tylenol/Advil, just took it easy around the house. Doc left me approx 70% inflated for the first week, advised lots of hot baths to keep things moving and preached consistent pulling down on my pump. Follow up appt was at 10 days post-op, where he deflated and monitored me cycling for the first time. He said things looked great, no swelling with minimal bruising. I have to say, it was a bit uncomfortable to manipulate my new member, but overall, not terrible. The following morning, the right side of my sack (where the pump tends to sit) started to swell, making pump location a little tricky, but Doc assured me that this wasn't out of the ordinary and to continue cycling at least twice a day for 30 mins.

All has been going fine with cycling, still have a slight hematoma on the right side of my sack, but it isn't the end of the world. My concern is the return of some swelling along my shaft. Everything was looking perfect last week, now I have a lumpy dick again. I have not been wearing any underwear (again, Doc's orders) so everything is hanging comfortably, but this swelling has kind of come out of nowhere.

I know I am early in the process, and I appreciate all of you who have shared your experience here, it has given me piece of mind throughout this journey, but hotdamn, when does the swelling stop?!? Dr. Karpman is not an ice guy...heat heat heat. Which I have adhered to with daily soaks in the tub and plenty of time with a heating pad wrapped under my grundle like an adult diaper. This provides some temporary relief, but I am a relatively impatient person. The pain has subsided significantly, I have already had sex with my incredibly understanding and patient wife (have to say, that was pretty rad, thing was like a lead pipe!), but I am ready to go back to having a normal sized package until I decide to inflate. Walking around with a semi-chub is not only embarrassing, but it is uncomfortable. I realize we are all different, but in general, when did most of you feel like things were "back to normal" from a swelling perspective?
