Quick question - where are you all measuring your Bone Pressed Length from?
The centre line at the top?
Just off centre?
The side of the shaft?
I’m curious to see if there’s a consensus as the length changes in each position.

It's not bpl it is either BPEL or BPFSL. Erect and stretched are different things.
But yes, the only correct measurement is measured standing, along the top of the dick at 90 degrees (perpendicular to the body). Anything else is fudgable and at the very least will raise eyebrows.

Re: Bone Pressed Length (BPL)
That's right: standing with your best erection, ruler pressing into flesh and fat at top of penis, press but not too hard, and try to accommodate any curve if you can. Measure to very tip and be honest with yourself about the result. Nobody else really cares. Can your partner(s) tell a quarter-inch difference? I think not.
It's just an ego thing at that point. Even a half-inch is not a big deal.
I lost a quarter inch, maybe a little more, in length after almost 2 years now post-implant and daily cycling.
However, my reservoir and tubing is at the center just above the shaft, and can no longer do bone-press there. I have to go just off center. Anyone else with that issue?
