I don't know enough about the technical aspects of the surgery. But early in the piece my tips seemed barely into the glans flaccid (not aroused). And not that much further in when fully erect, aroused or not. The good news in my case was that after maybe a month of cycling the tips were much deeper in. Now they're about halfway in when flaccid and well over 3/4 when 100% erect. I think the final tip placement has also had a positive effect on glans rigidity when erect, meaning it's very stable during sex. I can only conclude that cycling and healing.had some influence. Both my LGX and your Rigicon AX claim expansion properties. Whether or not that has also had an effect I don't know. Hopefully you will continue to improve, and the tips go deeper the more you cycle, but the rate of change can be variable.

I think I'm now scarred for life

That's encouraging. I had another look and actually my tips are 1/3 in when flaccid and over halfway when inflated. I think they're fine. I also feel some hard nodules on the implant shaft which I suspect is ridging that will even out giving more length.

I had a downward congenital curvature from having a short frenulum that I had released in my early 20s. That I think distorted the matrix of my dick. So hopefully the implant will straighten it out in time and the glans angle will improve.
Mid 30s. UK. ED since mid teens. Tried pills, injections, P Shot, Gainswave, ESWT shockwave, Vertica, VED, traction, MUSE, Vitaros.

Implanted by Professor Ralph at UCLH on 1st April 2026 with Rigicon Infla10 AX 22cm + 1 RTE. Penuscrotal approach.
