Re: Guys with Titan: What underwear works best for you?
I’m sure guys will pop in with their favorite.
Just know that this is one of the most discussed topics here. I just searched the implant category (only) for the word “underwear” and there were over 3400 hits. When I really limited the search to the post topic only it came up with 74 threads asking this exact question.
So do a search and read through the results. There will be lots of good info for you there.
Lots of guys like the David Archy/Sepretec/Sheath pouch style of briefs that have a separate pocket for the penis and the scrotum. I found that the penis pouch wasn’t deep enough and my glans pressed into the bottom of it. They weren’t comfortable.
I am wearing the exact same underwear I was wearing before I had surgery. Trunks by Krakatoa. Not separate pouches, but they are made with a good sized pouch so they support without crushing. I also wear boxer briefs by Hemen Biarritz they don’t provide much in the way of support but they are really comfortable. Great fabric.
I wear a jockstrap at the gym. There I definitely appreciate the support.
David Archy and Sepretec are both reasonably priced. Just buy a pair. Compare them to your previous underwear. Spring for a pair of Krakatoa. They are excellent. Do a trial of those and you’ll have the answer that is best for you.
