I haven't been able to ejaculate without external stimulation since my 1st surgery (even after 1.5 years). I got a 2nd opinion, and they said sensory nerves may have been stretched inadvertently during the surgery, and it can happen to some even in very experienced hands, which can interrupt the ejaculatory reflex.

The upside (sugar-coated version lol) is I can last as long as I want, and she can have multiple orgasms. Before surgery, I would usually ejaculate in under 10 minutes.
