Coloplast vs rigicon
Which implant is better? And does the Rigicon implant expand in length first and then in girth? I mean, if that happened so the girth and rigidity should be less compared to the Coloplast implant? Also, which one has less impact on penile length loss?and which one is bigger in flaccid state. I’m 27 y so im young and might need a couple of revisions the rigicon one has lifelong warranty but i feel titan is better what do u think?

Cant comment for titan cause never had one. Read up on peoples comments here and make decision. Rigicon has no dog ears. Feels natural when flaccid. Does expand both length and girth (from flaccid— very much like a normal erection). I have the ax model. It is very hard. Objectively speaking, it expands the most compared to the other 2 as each cylinder expands up to 23 mm. Coloplast is 21. I think ams is 18. So if youre naturally thick, it helps preserve it. It has preserved my girth for sure (5weeks out) and i may gain over time anyway. Now final girth depends on both device and your tunica. If youre thinner to begin with, dont expect it to make you thick suddenly. Pump is fine, i dont mind it, though some people have a hard time deflating. Cant speak of longevity - im literally 5 weeks out. Im 0.2 inches close to preop length. Back to preop girth. Wish you the best. Im young too and looking at 3 revisions in my lifetime. No regrets though
Became bionic 3/2026. Hakky - rigicon infla10ax 23 cm (22+1 rte). Chronic ed - tried pills, ved, bimix/trimix. Had mild venous leak on doppler. Took the plunge when ultrasound showed fibrosis and i knew it was only a matter of time before i needed one

Do you really find the Rigicon natural when flaccid? I don't have dog ears but can't say it feels natural. More like a near empty tube of toothpaste. Maybe I'm not deflating enough
Mid 30s. UK. ED since mid teens. Done the pills, injections, P Shot, Gainswave, ESWT shockwave.
Now preparing to take the plunge under care of Professor Ralph at UCLH. Planning on a Rigicon Infla10 AX with Pulse pump.

I honestly do. Youve seen my deflated pics it looks natural. It honestly feels natural to me too. Just bigger and heavier. Now sex feels slightly different. Even though its super hard. Its a different feeling from blood filling you up. Not bad, but different.

Do you think you still have filler in there? Maybe that's what's giving the more natural feeling. Mine definitely doesn't feel like it did before

Re: Coloplast vs rigicon
I don’t find the Titan to be “unnatural” when flaccid. I don’t have dog ears, though I know some do. The penis at full deflation retains some fullness which you could consider a plus or minus, depending on what you like. I do find over time (I’m starting my seventh month) the implant becomes softer and more natural looking/feeling. I wouldn’t let fear over the flaccid look of a Titan decide your choice.
I needed a 28cm implant, so I was locked in to the Titan. I wish the other manufacturers would offer larger implants to give me other options, but I have no regrets with the Titan and it really is amazing for sex.

I have some filler but the filler shouldnt be a reason why it feels natural. If you get the chance to hold an actual rigicon device vs ams vs titan— youll understand better why it feels natural. It retains its shape better even when deflated and you dont see the sharp corners that you see with the titan. I think girth matters too. I had a girth already close to 5.75 inches prefiller. So i think it stays fuller and doesnt flatten as much— im just speculating that hakky putting in 135 cc reservoir means i dont fully flatten like full empty when deflated.. maybe thats why it feels natural and normal to me. Again not thinking about it, id never think i have an implant. Same with looking at it. When touching it, its a little more stiff than a natural one but the difference is subtle. I think with time, youll soften and get used to it. Im a little ahead of you plus also cycling a little more aggressively than you too. Still i think well both turn out good bro
