5mg Cialis?

Couple of quick questions;
1. Is anyone on daily 5mg of Cialis? Curious to know if it improves the cold glans and engorgement?
2. The tips of my Titan seem correctly positioned underneath the glans. They are not inserted into the glans at all. They're also covered by a very, very thin layer of skin. Is that the normal experience?

It’s worth a try, but when I was on 5mg daily it didn’t help much and the congestion issues were really annoying.

I take 5mg a day of Cialis and it absolutely helps with gland engorgment.
Cialis has other proven health benefits as well.
But without a doubt....it has helped tremendously with gland engorgment.

I don't use Cialis (Tadalafil) but occasionally I take 25mg Viagra (generic Sildanefil) before sex.
I find it can help somewhat with glans engorgement but isn't a magic bullet and hasn't had any obvious effect on cold glans.
It does give me a moderate boost to overall arousal. But I find that PIV sex alone fixes cold glans and boosts engorgement.

Mission, this statement is confusing/contradictory as the tips can't be positioned correctly if not inserted into the glans at all.
That would be a recipe for unsupported/floppy glans as I understand it. The head would be rolling around and probably drooping.
Repeating earlier response mine are approx. halfway in when flaccid and more than 3/4 when erect.
Yes, again the skin underneath the glans is comparatively thin and my tips are closer to the surface there than elsewhere.
But the glans is well supported and I've never had an issue even during the roughest sex.
We are all a little different and glans shape could play a part in overall tip position.
Are your tips well inside the glans if you feel from the top, sides and end, and not pointing outwards or down? If yes it sounds normal.
You keep asking this and getting much the same answers. Have you followed up your concerns with Dr Love?

Hi LGX,
When I say 'glans', I mean the actual head of the penis? My tips sit underneath the head, with the same percentages you mention. I was wondering if others had the tips inserted into the head itself?
