I know first time takes practice to find the button, and to press it at right angle and with the right amount of firmness.
But I am getting fed up. It's not easy fumbling around inside your ballsack blindly, with all the new tubes, your testicles, the whole pump mechanism plus bunch of natural veins all crammed in that limited space.
Also everyone's exact pump placement and orientation can differ.
I feel where the round face plastic segment above the bulb is, and I press it firm from opposite sides, but nothing is happening. How hard am I supposed to press? It's also hurting my left ball the harder I press.
Do I have to isolate the deflate button and press just it? Or is it ok to just push whole thumb against the round face where the deflate button is located and sticking out from?.
Yes I'm impatient and it will come super easy once I figure it out and get practice. But right now I really want to deflate for the first time in several weeks just to wear a normal pair of pants and take a leak standing up.
Any tips to accelerate this and help me along appreciated.

Oh yes, I remember trying to deflate my first time. Actually ended up at my docs office so he could deflate me.
Once you find that little button on the side of the block above the bulb it should be easier to deflate. I hold that button down with my thumb while squeezing my shaft. When you are still sore or swollen it is really tough to find that button.
One help is to warm things up, a hot shower or bath (if you are cleared to bathe) seems to loosen things up and ease a lot of the soreness while searching for the tiny button.
Good Luck, it will get easier as time passes.

how did the doctor show you what to do? My doctor is not in same state so cant make in person visit.
will definitely try the hot shower route....am not cleared for hot bath yet. Thanks.
I also think you have the prior pump where the button was more noticeable . Under my skin layers and stuff I dont feel anything in any direction. Im not even sure im pressing it in the correct alignment...I try the other way with a 90 degree shift but then I cant place the second finger behind the pump to oppose the press because it jams to my pubic wall. Dont know if im explaining it right.
