Woah! Big change! I'm excited to hear how it goes! What pushed you over the edge to inflatable?

Thank you, Duke. Always a pleasure to hear from you! This revision is mainly exploratory.

After Genesis by my high-volume and friendly surgeon (name withheld to avoid defamation), I developed significant PIV anorgasmia, likely multifactorial: possible nerve traction/stretch injury and contraindicated subcoronal incision on uncircumcised anatomy resulting in chronic distal foreskin edema, both potentially leading to greatly reduced distal shaft sensation.

Major sensory recovery after 1.5-2 years post-op is unlikely. However, I can orgasm with firm, rapid non-PIV stimulation.

With Genesis, PIV for me was mechanically suboptimal due to base mobility on my anatomy, some rod flexion, and lower girth due to my limited residual tumescence. I was nit-picking every detail mainly due to dissatisfaction arising from bad sensory experience.

So my quest mainly is: could a different device, such as Tactra or Titan with slightly improved rigidity or girth, make PIV slightly more effective from a stimulation or physics standpoint? Will find out!

Great to hear back from you. I'm sorry about these complications — and it's really easy to get in your own head about these things, even if things are basically fine, overall.

Really excited to hear about your journey, whatever you're willing to share!

Seriously duke ?

Gaslighting the man and telling him it's in his head ? even though, according to andrology, subcoronal incision is an absolute contraindication to those who are uncircumcised ?
The man has been very objective, down to earth and is very detailed and neutral about his journey...instead of appreciating his input, you gaslight him you cheap fuck ?

You are either a cheap sales rep or a deluded devil who wants the society to be as deluded as him...I hope it's the former.

Duke you are one of the cheapest deluded mofos I have and will ever witness...so cheap that I started to believe you were raised by cougars...milf cougars...fatherless and souless piece of shit you are...no morals or principles.

As I'm cycling today, I realize I’m not a fan of this pump-squeezing thing. In the long run, I might just go with the Boston Scientific Tactra, which seems to have higher axial stiffness, and be content with a half-inch lower girth. I deeply miss the simplicity and spontaneity of my explanted MPP.

BUT, the feeling of stretching my corpora to their fullest potential and reaching my maximum potential girth is incredibly satisfying, guys. To anyone who has set their mind on an MPP, I’d suggest giving an IPP a shot at least once in your lifetime if your health insurance or finances are favorable. It’s AMAZING, and honestly, it’s pretty addictive to stretch the corpora to their maximum possible girth!
