Had my second PIV orgasm last night. It was a lot of work, but things do seem to be improving.
59yo Coloplast Titan 28cm Penoscrotal with Dr. Hakky 10/21/2025.
Pre-op erect measurements:
8.5"L and 6.5"C

Post-op: 8”L and 6”C at one week.
8.5” and 6”C at three weeks with full glans engorgement

Thanks guys. I had another success this morning, fourth time now. Things are definitely improving, and this time took considerably less effort to get to orgasm than previously. If things just stay at this frequency of success I’ll be happy with it, but I do expect things to continue improving.
