48yo gay married male - Size before = 7.5" x 6.25". AMS 700 CX implanted 12/9/24. 18cm + 1cm RTE and 18cm + 2cm RTE (current 6" x 5.5" - shallow crus).

Im curious how many pumps it takes to inflate your penis? Im only 2 weeks out and it already requires me 70 pumps to get it to max tolerable inflation— although my bulb has yet to flatten and i know i can squeeze some more i just stop to settle into things. Esp since i just had surgery.
Became bionic 3/2026. Hakky - rigicon infla10ax 23 cm (22+1 rte). Chronic ed - tried pills, ved, bimix/trimix. Had mild venous leak on doppler. Took the plunge when ultrasound showed fibrosis and i knew it was only a matter of time before i needed one

I noticed the AX in general really needs a lot of pumps. I wonder how many pumps for vitallsk

I also have a 28cm Titan. Do you find it hard to hide/conceal/tuck? That’s kind of my only downside, the thing is still pretty big when “flaccid” and quite obvious a lot of the time.

yeah its a crap load of pumps, over 70 definitely.
For concealment there is no such thing when i wear jeans. So i stick to joggers. Ive gotten the implant almost flat basically, but its the length that just protrudes of the side of my jeans lmao. But even in joggers my dick screams "LOOK AT ME!"
