Hi Bill, also Bill here. I was originally Wisc, SW corner, but now TX.
I was implanted 2yrs ago, with an AMS700LGX. I suffered for over 20-30 yrs with ED. Using pills, testosterone treatments, and injections for erections. Some worked and some didn't, some for awhile and then quit. Wife was was feeling upset, and I was really getting depressed all the time not being able to maintain an erection for sexual intercourse.
Finally found a Urology surgeon who listened to me and my concerns and suggested an implant. Wife was not too receptive and wasn't expecting much. I never was very sexually active, and never really satisfied her sexually except maybe while smothering my face in her pussy. .Which I loved too. Sex worked a couple times, we did have 2 children.
