How did you bring up your implant to your partner?

Hi everyone!

It's been almost 2 years since I got implanted with a Coloplast Titan and my sex life has changed completely. I'm very satisified that I can have sex whenever I want these days. My life and emotional well being has improved in many ways.

I've had sex with multiple people at this point, but I've never brought up the fact that I have an implant. No one has ever pointed anything out, and to them I'm just another normal dude without an implant. I usually head to the bathroom and give it the pumps it needs before action.

This is the only thing that's on my mind before I have sex at this point, and I think I'd like start being more transparent with my partners without feeling like I'm hiding something from them.

To those that's opened up about the implant, how did you phrase it, and what was the reaction? I'm worried that the other person would think I'm less than someone without an implant. Would love to hear some first hand experience on this topic!

I think if youre in a serious committed relationship, you should tell your partner. Youll be surprised how accepting most girls are really when we open up about our inadequacies. In fact, theyll love you more for it and want to be there for you. Its better you tell them though before you guys start having sex. My 2 cents

My titan failed after 2.5 years. I told my gf about the implant at about 10 months in to the relationship. Three weeks later the implant failed. I’m so glad I told her about the implant, otherwise the conversation would have been twice as hard because then on top of the news of having a bionic dick, I also have a broke dick.

My conversation went really well. I told her after sex one night. I downplayed it a good bit telling her it was an outpatient surgery to fix an old injury playing softball that fucked up my blood flow to the penis. And explained to her it was the reason our sex was so good.
She was more curious than anything. I feel like it made us closer.
