Worry Size loss

Postby goose1235 » Sun Apr 26, 2026 4:24 pm

So far Ive been implanted for over 6 months, but I an hardly seeing any progress in size recovery. I’m about 1/4” less in both girth and length. It wouldn’t matter so much if I was someone already large, but I’m average sized, so any loss is awful.

My length and girth has been stuck at 1/4” less for two months. Any idea about why my size isn’t returning. Do I need to wait an entire year? My girth is thin at the base and wider in the middle, which is how my penis is originally shaped, sort of. Not sure if this brings complications to the cylinders filling out my penis
10/8/25 Age 27. Diagnosed with venous leak. Could not maintain without constant stimulation. Maybe I went for implant prematurely, too early to tell. Concerns are tubing at base, size, and new curve I never had before. Dr Darshan Patel. AMS 700CX 21+3

If you have 24 cm of implant, you should probably be between 6 and 7 inches. That is hardly average, which is around 5 inches.

If you are 1/4 inch off from your prior-to-implant measurement, that is not very far off. That sounds well within the range of standard outcomes.

There is still time for your implant to fully expand. I didn’t notice my dick getting to its 6.25 length until about 10 months after. Cycle reasonably, and do Perito exercises to increase girth.

If your measurements are right, and the implant doesn’t eventually stretch out a bit more, it may be that you were slightly undersized by a cm.

If you are indeed between 6 and 7 inches, I wouldn’t worry about it. No one can tell the difference between a 6.25 inch dick and a 6.5 inch dick, either visually or by how it feels. You are well above average with a perennially hard dick. Get out there and enjoy it.
Born 1974. Implanted 5/21/2024. AMS 700 CX 21cm, 3cm RTE. Penoscrotal. Venous leak my whole life. Pills helped, but hated the side effects; worked less as I aged. Skipped injections. Grateful to bionic brotherhood that helped me make this decision.

Im moreso worried about the girth. I was 4.5” nearest the glans, but Im at or below 4.25”. My doctor didn’t recommend Perito Excercises for the AMS because of something to do with mechanical differences, but I forgot why exactly.

But you say I should still be expanding over the next few months? I’m just worried because I haven’t seen any difference from month to month. Size seems stagnant. I still have a lot of soreness at max inflation as well after 15 minutes or so.

goose, I'm of similar dimensions but have an LGX rather than a CX.
Initially it took a while to see a significant return towards pre ED size.
Then most of it happened fairly quickly. But I continued to gain very small amounts incrementally after that.
Around 9 months I believe I was notionally back to my pre ED length and girth.
I'm not very girthy either but I have noticed tiny girth gains in the past couple of months.
I still cycle diligently every day and recently I've been doing some VED therapy after my surgeon approved it.
Also do modified Perito exercises twice a day. Whether any of those things have helped I don't know.
You are very young, above average length and the amount of girth you're missing isn't a lot.
I doubt any women would notice that visually or by feel either, and I don't think they will be using a tape measure ;).
We all recover at different rates and some guys report improvement even after 12 months.
I'd expect you have a very good chance of getting your full girth back over time.
71, married, Sydney Oz. PC/nerve sparing RRP Mar 2022 caused 100% total ED. Tried pills, Trimix inj, focal shockwave, VED. All failed. Implanted Mar 6 2025 AMS 700 LGX 21cm x 12mm, no RTEs, MS pump, Penoscrotal. Got back to 6.5" BPEL @ 9m. Loving it.

Somewhat comforting to here, but I guess I assumed because Im young it would be back quickly. When did you start a VED? Were most of your gains after 6 months?
