First Time Inflating a Coloplast Titan – What Was Your Experience?

Postby capetownlove » Sat Apr 25, 2026 9:47 am

Hey everyone,
I had my implant surgery (Coloplast Titan) on April 10th, and I’ll be allowed to inflate it for the first time on May 21st.
I wanted to ask those of you who also have a Coloplast Titan implant:
What was it like the first time you inflated it on your own?
Was it painful, uncomfortable, or actually a good feeling?
And how long did it take you (days or weeks) until using the pump felt intuitive and natural?
I’m really curious about your experiences and would appreciate any insights.
Thanks a lot!

Congrats!
I used Tylenol and Advil before my inflation. Today marks my second day inflating the Titan toy. It’s the best steelhard erection I’ve ever had, even if it looks like a freakin surfboard
I did have some soreness, but I kept my mind occupied and took a hot shower. The pump was easy to feel after a hot shower.

Does the hot shower make the pump easier to use and softer? Or does the hot shower numb the pain
56, Mild ED started 20 years ago, Pills very effective for first 12 years. Then High Blood Pressure made ED much worse. Pills inconsistent now. Dont like needles.

Yes, it makes a significant difference for me! It softens and loosens the tissues, making access a lot easier. There was no pain, just some mild soreness, and the hot showers really help with that.
