Hi Bionic Brothers!
I hope everyone is doing well and happy!
After 14 weeks of up and down emotions, its safe to say i am really loving my implant, the pain i have had in other updates is subsiding and i am slowly starting to feel quite invincible with my implant.
Before i was implanted, i had really bad ED where i could barely get hard and not long enough for penetrative sex, this affected me my whole entire life, when i used Viagra in my early 20s it worked for abit but even still i had psychological fears of it not staying hard and it actually affected my sensitivity as well, so an orgasm was 90% of the time off the hook!
Now after 14 weeks, i have gone back to back nights of quite intense and rough sex (which i love) where me and my missus have orgasmed together and i must say some of the most passionate experiences of my life.
Over the last two nights i have noticed no pain and my sensitivity has actually improved to the point it is probably the most sensitive ever which is awesome! I have also been able to try new postions and my anxiety and fear of losing the erection has subsided and i have never felt so good mentally!
During the inplementation of my implant, i also had a glanpexy done, this resulted in tight little scar behind the head of my penis, as im uncircumsized this caused alot of pain on the sretching of the scar during natural sex. I decided to find natural feel condoms which has solved the problem for now.
I spoke to my surgeon who said the scar pain will pass and to use Bio Oil for a few months, so i will update how that goes so i can have natural sex without a condom (couldnt even tell i had one on the last two nights). I will attempt every now and then to have sex without the condom and see if there is any improvement.
I really couldnt of have changed my life without this community, i remember a year ago extremely depressed, feeling worthless and thinking i have tried everything from extremely high doses of Viagra, injections and pumps. Trust me the thought of an implant was too much and way too life changing so it was off the cards! Until i found this community which changed my life.
You guys are all amazing and supportive before, during and after my procedure and the reassurances of your experiences has helped me not feel alone and feel confident to push through the mental barriers and the first few months of pain which can be worrying at times! So thank you!

Hi brother. First of all, I want to say it’s a pleasure to hear encouraging success stories like yours. They truly help guys like me who are going through these complicated moments in life, facing the fears and uncertainties of what the future holds with our new inflatable implant.
I’m a 28-year-old guy. I had the Coloplast Titan One-Touch (22cm) IPP implanted on February 5th, 2026, so I’m currently 11 weeks post-op. Reading your diary has been very rewarding; it’s great to hear the story of someone going through the same process as me, just a few weeks ahead.
Like you, I initially had pain, and the cycling process (inflating and deflating) was difficult. My penis wouldn't fully deflate; it stayed straight and rigid like a 'coat hanger.' At one point, I thought I’d be stuck with an upward-pointing, semi-erect penis forever—something people in the forums occasionally mention regarding the Titan. Now, the penis is starting to yield and points down to the '5 o'clock' position, although I still have to wear a jockstrap because classic boxers or briefs are very uncomfortable for me at work (I’m a train mechanic).
Sex has been okay so far. I haven't reached the same level of firmness or energy I had before yet because I still feel some discomfort, but I hope that decreases over time. My biggest concern is the flaccid state of the Titan; it still feels very rigid and semi-erect (less than before, admittedly). I’d love to hear about your experience regarding the deflation of the prosthesis and your day-to-day life with it deflated, just to know what to expect.
I’ll leave you the link to my own diary thread in case you want to check out more details and compare our cases:

Looking forward to hearing from you. A big hug, brother.
