Revised from Titan to AMS CX - My experience.

I was implanted by Dr. Clavell in March with a 24 CM Titan. After recovery, I began to hate the titan flaccid. See my other posts, but it was so unnatural and crinkly. I couldn't stand it so I asked for a revision and got it last Wednesday.

RECOVERY - What's so odd is the recovery is literally nothing. I have almost zero bruising. The most painful thing after 6 days was removing the surgical tape. I took two Tylenol one time because I felt cramping in my abdomen where the reservoir was placed. Swelling has been minimal and I've not used ice.

FLACCID - it's way better. No crinkly straws. Very natural feeling when compared to the Titan. I can feel a very small dog ear when deflated and flopped over to the side. The doctor said I actually grew half centimeter (new implant is 24.5 I guess) so maybe the length is the reason for the dog ear.. Anyway way better than the Titan. My dick just hangs now and feels very natural.

THE PUMP - the pump is amazing. It's harder to pump than the titan (and doesn't quack like a duck), but the release is so freaking awesome. With the Titan i had to grab both sides, pinch like hell and then basically squeeze my dick to death to deflate. I was left with a misshapen crinkly penis. I didn't even want my girlfriend to touch it afterwards. With this pump, it's one button, super easy to identify and when you press it, there's a faint vibration you feel to know it's working and it just deflates - quickly.

The best thing about this pump is if you're too hard and you want it to feel more natural if you're getting oral, or just in your hand, you just press that button for literally 1 second and you're at like 80%. The difference between plastic-dildo feel and a mostly natural cock is one second push of that button. It's so awesome!

LENGTH - As i mentioned, no loss in length. The dr said he added .5 CM

GIRTH - I definitely feel like I lost a little and it's a little oval (not surfboard like, but not round either). Was rounder and thicker after first surgery, but I'm hoping that fills out nicely when I'm aroused and I'm sure as I heal an cycle that will grow and I won't focus on it.

RIGIDITY - I haven't had sex with it (it's only been 6 days) but when I pump it up, it's as hard as the titan. So hard it can feel unnatural. I see no difference in the Titan with regards to firmness.

Not going to lie, I was scared I was going to screw up a not-perfect solution (The Titan) and end up with no solution, or that I might like the AMS worse and regret it, but so far I am very happy I did it. I am super fortunate that the recovery has been super easy and I'm looking forward to putting this to use.

I see you're 5 inches girth at the base. How much are you at mid shaft? For long thin penises who are growers the Titan is prone to create lots of edges. Is this the case with you or is it just sticking out that's the problem. Also once the capsule forms any pain or discomfort will go get cushioned by the capsule somewhat.

Non aroused I’m like 4.6 mid shaft. And 4.2 just below the glans. Unfortunately I have the significant dog ears at the base in addition to my straight out flaccid. Very frustrated. I’m trapped in my apartment. I can’t get dressed or go anywhere. It is only day 12 and I did have my left proximal space completely obliterated with scar tissue requiring sharp dilation.

I feel like the rigicon ax solves some of the issues of these two. Mine is an experience of 1, so i cant speak for others—but the rigicon ax feels so natural deflated that i forget i have an implant until i feel for my balls and feel the pump. No dog ears. It is also super hard/stiff when rigid. Cant speak on how hard the titan cant get since i dont have one. But also so hard that theres no chance this thing can be bent. Pump deflation is one touch - if you hit it right! Still fully learning though as im on my first month post. Still, I love my rigicon and im sure itll be a good option for many once the fda approves this for general use
