Unfortunately, yes, same here. Blow jobs hand, or jackoff apparatus are the only orgasms I get anymore, but I can live with it.

Yup. It was really bad for the first few months after installation of the IPP. Likely culprit was partly due to the implant, but the damn Zoloft was the bigger part of the problem. Got off that and was able to finish much faster. Still have issues. PIV climax is impossible. Would love to hear anyone's answer to this problem.

Since I have dealt with glans insufficiency all my life this was no surprise but the implant definitely can restrict blood flow to the glans, especially when rock hard. For me I still need to wear a ring whether it’s 50% or 90% but it completely solves the sensitivity issue. Obviously find your groove, if it’s too tight you can go numb which is worse.

Hi Nick, yes for me too 5 month past surgery I experience the same, could climax earlier with PIV not now. Glans was and is cold all the time. Low sense ability. How was it before for you, normally orgasm during PIV?
The same question to Mijudac. How long you had the implant and when started the problem.

I have had it for 2.5 years, for the first 2 months there was a problem, then none, now after 2 + it's been a month I can't finish during sex with just my hand.
