Good evening, I've had an implant for 2.5 years, it's been a month now, I can't finish during sex or with a blowjob, only with my hand, has anyone else had this problem?

Unfortunately, yes, same here. Blow jobs hand, or jackoff apparatus are the only orgasms I get anymore, but I can live with it.

Yup. It was really bad for the first few months after installation of the IPP. Likely culprit was partly due to the implant, but the damn Zoloft was the bigger part of the problem. Got off that and was able to finish much faster. Still have issues. PIV climax is impossible. Would love to hear anyone's answer to this problem.
