A sincere thank you for this very articulate relation of your experience, thoughts, and medical resources on penile implants.

As a severe ED sufferer sincerity considering the option of an IPP, I found a lot of great information. I believe this is a must read for those in the same situation as me, wondering if and when to take the plunge.

I was completely unaware of the implant club jargon like “high volume surgeon” and “center of excellence” until I read this book. To me, it was truly the most crucial piece of information to grasp.
